November 12th, 2008 by mason

Free Lift Ticket and Lesson from Burton

November 7th, 2008 by Courtney

Burton Snowboards wants you to Go Snowboarding!  This year they are offering a free lift ticket and free lesson when you buy select Burton Snowboards.  Burton has partnered up with different resorts throughout the states to get more people stoked on snow.  The snowboards that Burton is using to help promote this program are geared more towards beginner and progressing snowboarders.  Pick up a Burton Blunt Snowboard, Burton Feather Snowboard, Burton Clash Snowboard, Burton Stigma Snowboard, Burton Bullet Snowboard, or any of the Burton Youth Snowboards and get signed up for the Go Snowboarding Free Lesson and Lift Ticket.

Like all things “too good to be true” there are some things to keep in mind.  You must call the resort 48 hours in advance to set up your lesson.  There are some Black Out dates depending on the resort, so planning ahead of time is your best bet.  Remember this deal is FULLY TRANSFERABLE.  So if you can’t use it, make sure you give it to someone who can.  Get out there and Go Snowboarding!

Elena Hight on Volcom Snowboard Team!

November 6th, 2008 by Courtney

I decided to check into Mason’s hunch about Elena on the Volcom team and guess what….

Big news for the Volcom Women’s snowboard program! In September, they announced that Elena Hight had joined the Volcom snowboard program. The young and accomplished rider has been with Volcom Clothing since October 2005. Starting immediately she will be rocking Volcom from her beanie to the snowboard under her feet. Winter is approaching and the white stuff is getting ready to fall from the sky!! Good luck for the upcoming season Elena.  Check out all our Women’s Volcom Jackets and Pants on TruSnow.

Style Guide :: Electric Blue :: Burton System Jacket 2009

November 6th, 2008 by Courtney

Blue is the new black.  Seriously.  I can tell because I’ve even been seeing a lot of fast cars in electric blue lately.   Honestly though, Electric Blue is the color in snowboarding right now.  Blue has always been a favorite color from the time of our forefathers when determining colors to represent the US of A, to the proud democratic party hue of the donkey, to the NW’s beloved Seattle Seahawks.  Blue is all around us, it’s just never been so bright.  Get all the Electric Blue you can handle from hoodies, to tees, to outerwear here at TruSnow.
