Well the first Portland, OR Premier went down last night at the living room theaters. Sponsored by Bonfire Snowboarding. Sweet lounge chair theaters, kinda like watching a movie in your friends basement. The movie was packed with multiple theaters showing the two movies. There were people lined out the door starting at 6. They even had to have a second later showing. David Benedek, Mikey Leblanc, Leanne Pelosi, Alexis Waite, and Jamie Anderson were a few of the riders that came to represent their new movie projects.

La La Land features women’s snowboarding finest. Made Leanne Pelosi and friends showing the true progression of women’s snowboarding. Riders in the movie were: Alexis Waite, Anne Flore-Marxer, Desiree Melancon, Erin Comstock, Hana Beaman, Jacqui Berg, Jamie Anderson, Izumi Amaike, Laura Hadar, Leanne Pelosi, Marie-France Roy, Natasza Zurek, Priscilla Levac, Sylvia Mittermueller, Spencer O’Brien, Tara Dakides, Victoria Jealouse

In Short was amazing!! David and Boris Benedek pull it off again with this feature length film. The dry slope snowboarding was crazy, it puts a whole new meaning to not falling. The Japan section was even funnier which featured DB, Mikey LeBlanc, and Eric Messier. Kinda funny seeing the Japanese subtitles. The last section was the camping trip to AK. Some of the most amazing scenery as the guys travel into the Alaskan backcountry. Funny snowmobile antics on their trip out to the backcountry, a few days stuck in their tents in the rain, and finally a break in the weather to enjoy the shredding.

Here is a teaser of the AK section:
